Organic flour focaccia fermented for 24 hrs. Made with only a pinch of yeast. The asparagus is from Grand Forks Farms. They are quick steamed and drizzled with lemon. Baked to perfection. Uses - dip in oil and vinegars or crumble feta and drizzle with honey
